Last week we found out what Michigan's Big Ten schedule looked like, and today we got our first look at the non-conference portion of the schedule. There are quite a few tough games this year against teams like Georgetown, Boston College, Duke, and UCLA, so John Beilein's first run through the non-conference slate with U-M won't be an easy one. Here is the full non-conference schedule.

Besides Michigan, the other teams participating in the Great Alaska Shootout are Alaska Anchorage, Butler, Eastern Washington, Gonzaga, Texas Tech, Virginia Tech, and Western Kentucky.

good stuff. a definite upgrade over last year's schedule in terms of SOS. although they had #1 UCLA and Georgetown in 06-07, they didn't have Duke and they played in lame-o John Thompson Challenge as opposed to the Great Alaska Shootout this year. It'll definitely be tough, though.
