Illinois played a near perfect game today in Columbus and pulled off the 28-21 upset over the #1 Ohio State Buckeyes. With the loss, OSU's national title hopes are dead, but they can still get to the Rose Bowl with a win over Michigan a week from today.
What does the loss mean for Michigan? The Wolverines now can win an outright conference title with a win over the Buckeyes. It really makes me wish that U-M would've beat Wisconsin earlier today as a share of the Big Ten title would've been the worst that could happen a week from now. Oh well, at least they still have a shot at the outright title thanks to the Illinois upset.

Maybe both Michigan and OSU were looking past their opponets to next weeks game. This is still poor preparation by the coaches.
